By downloading, installing, accessing, or utilizing any portion of TLnkerccads applications, browser-based rendering viewports, CAD extension toolkits, or application programming interfaces (APIs), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an enterprise, educational institution, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full administrative authority to bind that entity to these provisions.

Subject to compliance with these terms and any applicable tier subscription terms, TLnkerccads grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the 3D modeling environment for geometric design, solid parametric modeling, mesh refinement, and manufacturing toolpath generation.

To access collaborative CAD workspaces, synchronized cloud project revisions, and hardware-accelerated remote rendering nodes, users must create a verified account profile. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and multi-factor authentication devices.

Workspace administrators hold direct oversight over seat distribution, role permissions, and access privileges assigned to team members under corporate licensing plans.

You retain sole and exclusive intellectual property ownership of all 3D geometries, polygon meshes, parametric CAD assemblies, texture maps, vector blueprints, and exported files (including STEP, IGES, STL, and OBJ formats) authored by you within the platform.

TLnkerccads retains all rights, titles, and interests in the underlying application codebase, shader libraries, algorithms, UI components, documentation, and registered brand trademarks.

Cloud simulation, ray tracing, and automated topology optimization features utilize shared compute node clusters. Users must adhere to computational resource quotas assigned to their respective account tiers.

Automated backup snapshots and version histories are retained in accordance with active workspace allocations. We recommend regular local synchronization of primary CAD project databases.

Commercial subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule as selected during purchase. Applicable taxes, localized fees, and payment gateway processing are calculated at checkout.

You may modify assigned team seats, upgrade subscription plans, or cancel auto-renewal at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation becomes effective at the conclusion of the current prepaid billing period.

The software, geometric calculation modules, structural analysis utilities, and cloud viewports are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied condition. Users assume responsibility for verifying dimensional tolerances, physical load calculations, and fabrication specifications prior to manufacturing or 3D printing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TLnkerccads and its licensors shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from toolpath outputs or software downtime.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workspace access immediately if evidence shows substantial breach of these Terms, unauthorized security probing of our servers, or distribution of malicious files.

Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases, but intellectual property provisions regarding authored models shall survive.
